Learn self-defence with Sporticipate

Sporticipate self-defence on Wednesdays (5.15-6.15pm) at the Sugden Centre

Our self defence sessions start with a short warm up to ensure after a long day of work or studying you are prepared to take part. After that you're ready to get stuck in!

The sessions cover all aspects of self defence, including endurance and aerobic exercises, pad work to release some aggression as well as situational based exercises to teach you how to defend yourself!

The session is extremely relaxed, all exercises are optional and can be worked at your own pace.   Our goal in the session is to get you to do something fun, build your confidence and walk away feeling like you have learnt something you could use if required.

It's all free so why not get involved? You've got nothing to lose!
