Mindfulness sessions resume in new Wellbeing rooms

Familiar faces and new starters all welcome

Mindfulness practice is starting again, in the new Wellbeing rooms in the Simon Building.

The rooms are a comfortable and convenient place to come along, either at the end of the day or during your lunch time, to continue to practise mindfulness if you've been before or to be introduced to the practice if you've never come along to a session before.

The sessions, which start on Monday 14 September, are in the large group room on the first floor.

Mary, Heather and Omar will be teaching classes on Monday 4pm-5pm, Tuesday learn to relax 1pm-2pm, Wednesday 5pm-6pm, Thursday 1pm-2pm and Friday 1pm-2pm.

And this week there will be a session Wednesday 1pm-2pm  and Friday 1pm-2pm, with daily sessions beginning Monday, 14 September.

The full Wellbeing programme will start once term starts.
