Be Active courses during summer vacation

Try something new: sign up for one of Sport Manchester's six-week courses from week commencing 29 June 2015

There are still places left on the following courses at the Wellbeing Rooms:

  • Tuesday - Hula Hoop (1-1.55pm)
    Hula hoop is a great activity for the waist line and muscle tone. It's so much fun you don't even realise that you are working out.
       
  • Friday - Barre concept (1-1.45pm)
    the Barre concept is a mixture of ballet bar work toning the legs and buttocks combined with Yoga and Pilates moves.
       
  • Friday - Iyengar Yoga (4.30-5.30pm)
    This session is a great way to end the week, it will stretch, relax and realign you, and you will leave the session feeling recharged ready for the weekend.
