IT Service Management - an overview and introduction to ITIL

ITS Training are running some half-day sessions over the coming months designed for anyone interested in gaining an insight into IT Service Management
These free open sessions may be particularly relevant in view of the current IT Services Transformation. They will take place in Kilburn Building Lecture Theatre 1.4 as follows:
- Friday, 5 June (1-4pm)
- Thursday, 25 June (9.30am-12pm)
- Monday, 20 July (1-4pm)
If you are considering undertaking a service improvement program within your department, or have heard of ITIL and are not quite sure what it is all about, then this half-day overview is an excellent insight.
It will help you to understand the impact Service Management can make within your department, especially in changing towards a ‘service culture’.
