Places are now available on our December, February and June half-day sessions.

By the end of the session delegates will be able to

Apply the training cycle in a systematic way;
Identify a number of ways of assessing staff development needs;
Select from a range of development options according to individuals’ needs and style;
Evaluate the effectiveness of development actions for their staff;
Make any necessary changes to how they manage the development of their staff.
