The University Language Centre is currently accepting applications to several part-time courses open to all University staff and students
Part-time IELTS preparation courses
This course is for people already in the UK, with an upper-intermediate knowledge of English who need to take an IELTS test for professional or academic reasons and want to know more about the test and have some practice before taking it.
- Course fees: £385
- Eight hours per week, Monday – Thursday (4–6pm)
- Available start dates: 5 January, 2 February, 2 March, 13 April, 11 May
Part-time Cambridge English examination preparation course
This course is designed to prepare students for the Cambridge English examinations at three levels: FCE (First Certificate in English); CAE (Certificate in Advanced English); CPE (Certificate of Proficiency in English).
- Course fees: £585
- Four hours per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays (4–6pm)
- Available start date: 3 February 2015
