IT Services paves the way for Customer Service Excellence

As part of the on-going transformation of IT here at The University, IT Services are delighted to announce that they have been successful in attaining the Governments’ Customer Service Excellence (CSE) Award. IT Services now join the University Library in being awarded this accreditation.

Based on a body of written evidence from IT staff and of course, your customer feedback; the awarding assessor was particularly impressed with IT Services’ customer service aspirations and values, as part of the IT Transformation.
This is a significant early step for IT Services in their ambitious customer service journey, where some of the first areas for development will include the setting of challenging and stretching targets for customer satisfaction.
The assessment will be reviewed each year, so demonstrating continued improvement will be the key to IT Services retaining this award in the future.
