Applications now open for ILM Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring

25 Sep 2014

Contribute to the development of coaching provision across the University and gain a nationally recognised qualification in Management Coaching and Mentoring!

STDU invites applications for the next presentation of the Institute of Leadership and Management Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring in Management Award. The programme provides participants with a great opportunity to support the University and STDU in extending the provision of one-to-one coaching whilst gaining a nationally recognised qualification.  Applicants need not be in a line management position to undertake the qualification but will have the potential to engage in one-to-one coaching with managers at first line and middle manager level.

After successful completion of the assessed elements of the programme, participants will become part of an STDU co-ordinated network of trained coaches providing coaching support to colleagues at the University. The expected level of involvement post-qualification will be to coach up to six people per year.  Applications will need line manager agreement, along with a commitment from them to support  their team member to be part of future coaching provision at the University.

If you wish to be considered for a place on the programme, please go to the training catalogue to apply and complete the application form which can be found on the 'Resources' tab

If you have any trouble using the booking system, please contact STDU
