Applications now open for ILM Levels 2, 3 and 5

Are you looking to develop your leadership and management skills? If so, you may be interested in one of our ILM programmes.

  • The ILM Level 2 Award and Certificate in Leadership and Team Skills is aimed at practicing team leaders who wish to become more confident and effective in their role. The award runs over 5 months with those people who wish to go on to complete a certificate requiring attendance over around one year.

  • The ILM Level 3 Award and Certificate in Leadership and Management is aimed at practicing first line managers who are serious about developing their abilities and who wish to become more confident and effective in their role. The award runs over 5 months with those people who wish to go on to complete a certificate requiring attendance over around one year.

  • The ILM Level 5 Award Action Focused Leadership Programme is aimed at middle managers (grades 6 and 7) who want to improve their ability to lead in a particular work context. The course which runs over half a year is designed to be action-oriented with participants actively undertaking work based research and presenting results back to fellow group members.
