Ensuring students have access to digitised core and recommended reading

If your digitisation request(s) are received by August for Semester 1 courses (or November-December for Semester 2 courses), the Library's Digitisation Service guarantee that eligible material will be available when you need it
Simply request extracts by going to My Manchester/Teaching/Taught Course Digitisation
Requests received after the deadlines will be processed as quickly as possible, but we aren’t able to guarantee that the material will be available before courses begin.
Not all material is eligible to be digitised: this depends on copyright law and licensing agreements. We check all requests against current CLA guidelines to ensure compliance. If we’re not able to digitise material, we’ll contact you to discuss alternative means of provision.
