Wellbeing Wednesdays

Here are five things you can do to keep healthy on 7 May:

  1. Ditch the lift and take the stairs
  2. Keep hydrated by drinking eight glasses of water
  3. Join a class
  4. Walk or cycle to campus - and home again!
  5. Go Greek! Follow the Greek example and eat nine portions of fruit and veg
