Intermittent wireless problems resolved

Your feedback has helped to identify the problem and apply a fix.

Some staff and students experienced intermittent wireless connectivity problems between 26 February – 6 March.

With the help of staff and students who detailed their issues we were able to gather enough information to identify the cause of this problem and apply a fix.

Thanks to all those who submitted details of their connectivity problems.

The solution was put in place on Thursday morning and should have resolved this intermittent wireless problem.
