THIS COURSE IS AIMED AT STAFF CURRENTLY AT MIDDLE MANAGEMENT LEVELS

Objectives:

  1. To define the difference between effective working groups and real teams.
  2. To identify the characteristics of high performing teams
  3. To recognise the stages of team development
  4. To identify your personal leadership style and the effect that has on the team.
