Problem with Turnitin and GradeMark

The eLearning Team has been made aware of two issues which have arisen with Turnitin/GradeMark following a recent upgrade.
These issues, which occurred between 22 – 29 January 2014, have affected only some courses/Turnitin assignments.
- Some student submissions are not showing in the Turnitin inbox, and may not therefore have been marked.
- Marks should be passed automatically from GradeMark to the Blackboard Grade Centre. Some marks have failed to appear in the Blackboard Grade Centre.
Some remedial action will be required in order to ensure that all grades appear correctly in the Blackboard Grade Centre and that all assignment submissions have been logged and marked.
Turnitin have provided us with a list of the units affected. We are communicating directly with school administrators regarding action that needs to be taken for those units that have been affected. You will be provided with further information should you need to do anything.
