Did you know you can use a program called Paint to prevent viewers from seeing sensitive data such as staff names, email addresses or project information on images and screenshots that you may want to include in a presentation or document?

These walk-through instructions available through the online Knowledge Base show you how to easily obscure data using Paint. Instructions are similar if you use Windows 7 but the appearance may vary slightly.
