With the new academic year under way and the gluttony of Christmas fast approaching, what better time to join the Manchester staff running group? Whether you're new to running or a seasoned marathon runner, we aim to cater for all.
We meet on Thursdays at the Active Lifestyles Centre on Denmark Road at 12pm for a 12.10pm start and usually make it back for about 1pm.
