IT Services introduces Apple support from 7 October

In response to changing technologies and shifts in consumer preference, IT Services are pleased to announce that from 7 October the IT Service Desk will now be offering an extension to their existing service, by incorporating support for Apple devices.

Previously, IT help and support has been widely available for Windows computers but has been limited for Apple. Due to the expanding popularity of Apple however this needed to change. Essentially, if you have an IT  query you would like help in finding the answer – regardless of what device you are using.

So if you have an IT query and an Apple device, from 7 October you can contact the IT Service Desk on 0161 306 5544 for assistance; or alternatively, search the Knowledge Base for relevant help solutions.
