Spread across ten levels, this series is designed for those who wish to develop their Chinese oral communication skills but have a limited amount of time. Confidence sessions are run once a week from 6pm to 8pm on either a Tuesday or a Wednesday evening. Only £120* (just £6 per hour). *UoM Staff and student discounts apply.
With four levels, this series caters for students of all abilities who wish to develop reading, writing, speaking and listening, in tandem. Participants are required to commit to two evenings per week, with Step sessions running on both Mondays and Thursdays from 6pm to 8pm. Only £240* (just £6 per hour). * UoM staff and student discounts apply.
We also offer a more intensive Advanced Course as well as One-To-One Tuition.
Run in conjunction with the University of Manchester’s LEAP department, this Advanced Chinese course is designed for those who have either completed all of our Intermediate Courses or have had at least six months of intensive Mandarin learning in China. Running throughout the entire academic year, students will be expected to complete homework assignments and classroom assessments in preparation for sitting either the HSK 5 or HSK 6 exam in May. Classes will take place 5pm to 8pm on Mondays.
This option offers complete flexibility to the student. Classes can not only be worked around the student’s personal schedule but the content of the lessons is also specifically adapted to the student’s study requirements and goals.
