Back by popular demand! The Jodrell Bank Discovery Centre is looking for all budding Astronettes, Star-lettes and Cosmic Girls to come and join their Girls Night Out (Under the Stars) event on Saturday, 19th October at 7pm

The evening will be an opportunity for women and girls of all ages to come and have fun with astronomy and learn more about the night sky. Evening activities may include:

  • Meet female scientific colleagues from the Astrophysics group and the wider University.
  • Professor Sarah Bridle will be giving a talk on Seeing the Invisible: Observing the Dark Side of the Universe.
