Ashtanga Yoga: places left on eight-week course

Course commences on Thursday, 20 June (5.15-6.45pm) at the Wellbeing Rooms, Dover Street Building.

There are still places available on the eight-week Ashtanga Yoga course.

Ashtanga Yoga is a powerful and challenging form of yoga, particularly recommended if you have experienced yoga before, or have a relatively high fitness level. Dynamic moves are used with constantly flowing repititive movements. Expect to leave the class feeling re-energised, lengthened and strong!
