Native speakers needed for silent reading study with eye tracking

Participants are sought for a study investigating language comprehension using eye-tracking.

Your task is to read 64 short stories silently and answer yes/no comprehension questions. Your eye movements will be recorded by the eye tracker for analysis.

The study typically takes about 45 minutes. You will receive monetary compensation for your participation.

 

*IMPORTANT*

Please note that due to the nature of the study:

·         You must be a native speaker of English (English as first language, mother tongue);

·         You must NOT wear contact lenses for reading (glasses are acceptable);

·         You must NOT wear eyeliner or mascara on the day of the experiment;

·         You must NOT have any reading or learning disabilities (e.g., dyslexia).
