Graduation period: limited catering capacity

The Hospitality team has flagged limited capacity issues in the lead up to Graduation.

As we approach the summer period, the Hospitality team is entering one of our busiest times of the year, delivering graduation alongside a full programme of meeting and event catering.

As always, we would like to thank you for your continued support.

We wanted to make you aware that the team is now almost at full capacity for the week commencing 29 June, and have very limited availability for any further orders for these periods.

During this time we encourage you to utilise our pre-approved supplier list for deliveries to departmental spaces:

• Impact
• Kro
• I Knead Pizza
• Benugo

These suppliers are already set up on our systems and have been approved by our in-house food safety teams, ensuring a safe and seamless alternative.

Looking ahead to July, August and September, demand is already high, and we anticipate reaching capacity soon. To avoid disappointment, we kindly ask that all catering requests are submitted as early as possible.
