In-person M365 Copilot drop-in support and pop-up bar available 1-2 July

24 Jun 2026

Colleagues using M365 Copilot can access in-person support on Wednesday, 1 and Thursday, 2 July. A pop-up M365 Copilot Bar offering informal drop-in support will be available for all colleagues, and dedicated learning sessions for Teaching and Research colleagues are taking place to support the latest roll-out.

Teaching and Research colleagues who now have access to M365 Copilot can attend informal in-person support on Wednesday, 1 and Thursday, 2 July.

Colleagues with existing M365 Copilot licences are also welcome to attend if they have questions or would like practical support.

The pop-up M365 Copilot Bar will be available in the Nancy Rothwell Building Foyer across both days. Colleagues can drop in to:

  • ask questions about using M365 Copilot
  • see practical demonstrations
  • talk through possible use cases
  • get support with prompts, meetings, documents and everyday tasks
  • discuss responsible use and where to find further guidance

No booking is needed for the pop-up Copilot Bar or informal drop-in support. Bring your laptop if you have a specific question or want help trying something out.
