M365 Copilot in-person support available 9/10 June

Colleagues using M365 Copilot can access in-person support at Booth Street East on 9/10 June, with drop-in support for Professional Services colleagues and dedicated sessions for colleagues with leadership or line management responsibilities.
Drop-in support for Professional Services colleagues
Professional Services colleagues who now have access to M365 Copilot can attend informal in-person drop-in support on Tuesday, 9 and Wednesday, 10 June.
Colleagues with existing M365 Copilot licences are also welcome to attend if they have questions or would like practical support.
You can drop in to:
- ask questions about using M365 Copilot
- see practical demonstrations
- talk through possible use cases
- get support with prompts, meetings, documents and everyday tasks
- discuss responsible use and where to find further guidance
No booking is needed. Bring your laptop if you have a specific question or want help trying something out.

- Tuesday, 9 June, 11.30am to 2pm - G.07 Tech Free Zone, Booth Street East
- Wednesday, 10 June, 9am to 5pm - G.08 Hyflex Room, Booth Street East
Colleagues can also visit the pop-up M365 Copilot Bar during the sessions for informal questions, live demos and practical examples.
Session for leaders and managers
Colleagues with leadership or line management responsibilities are also invited to attend an in-person M365 Copilot session on Tuesday, 9 June.
The session will help leaders and managers understand how M365 Copilot is being introduced, what support is available, and how they can help colleagues engage with the learning offer in a practical and responsible way.
The session will cover:
- how M365 Copilot is being rolled out
- what colleagues are being asked to do
- common questions around access, data, permissions and responsible use
- how managers can support colleagues to build confidence
- where to find learning, guidance and support

This session is open to colleagues with leadership or line management responsibilities who would like to better understand the rollout and support their teams.
