Get involved in Future Foundations and support your colleagues
26 May 2026
From November, the first release of Oracle Fusion will introduce changes to our People and Finance systems. We need volunteers to support a smooth transition by sharing key updates and helping colleagues prepare.
Change Champions will be involved in the Future Foundations programme to help improve communication flow, build engagement and strengthen connections across all areas of the university.
We’ll provide Change Champions with knowledge and skills to relay key messages to your teams. In return, you’ll benefit by:
- Getting early access to new technology and ongoing self‑development.
- Understanding the reasons for the changes and feel confident ahead of launch.
- Building your experience in digital transformation, influencing, communication and problem‑solving.
- Gaining visible professional development.
- Connecting with colleagues across Faculties and Professional Services.
- Being part of a supportive community - sharing tips, reducing frustration and guiding others through change.
- Being recognised as a trusted point of support helping the University move forward.
To get you started, we’re inviting volunteers who sign up to our launch event on Thursday 18 June at 9am. We’ll welcome you to the network, provide you with the tools to deliver the role and give you more insight into the Oracle Fusion rollout.
Change Champions will be asked to support regular activity, with line manager approval, each month plus busier periods such as when we come to test the system works for colleagues.
Details of the full role profile were shared in the monthly communications pack cascaded to leaders on Thursday 14 May .
Visit our microsite for more details and sign-up via this form to become a Change Champion.
