Xerox Printers unavailable on Tuesday 6 January 2026

IT Services are performing the annual upgrade on the Xerox printing system, so the Xerox Multi-Function Devices (MFDs) will be unavailable for use on Tuesday 6 January 2026.
The upgrade is taking place at this time of year as it is traditionally the time of year when usage of the printers is at its lowest level.
If you know that you will need to print to a Xerox MFD, we suggest that you do any printing on Monday 5 January.
The Xerox printing system will be available again for use on Wednesday 7 January.
This only affects Xerox Multi-Function Devices. Other printers are unaffected by this maintenance.
