People Services, Recruitment Services, Reward & Benefits, and Pensions are moving into Connect in 2026
From February 2026, People Services, Recruitment Services, Reward & Benefits, and Pensions will all move into the Connect platform.
This change is part of our drive for Service Excellence and Continuous Improvement, making it easier for colleagues to access support and helping everyone work more efficiently.
Feedback from the Your Voice Matters survey showed that 'Workload and Resources' is a key theme, with only 61% of colleagues feeling they have the tools and support needed to do their job effectively. Connect is designed to help address these challenges - giving everyone a more efficient and reliable way to engage with People-related services.
