Finance updates: Key Christmas voucher deadlines and new StaffNet landing page

We’ve launched a refreshed Finance landing page on StaffNet to make finding what you need quicker and easier - and we’re sharing the final deadlines for ordering Christmas vouchers.
Christmas voucher ordering deadlines
If you’re planning to order vouchers before the festive break, please note the following dates:
- Physical vouchers – Final date to order: 5 December
- Electronic vouchers – Final date to order: 12 December
The Income Office will close for collections on Wednesday, 17 December 2025 and reopen on Tuesday 6 January 2026.
A fresh look for Finance on StaffNet
We’re pleased to announce the launch of our redesigned Finance landing page on StaffNet. This refresh supports our Service Excellence goals by making it quicker and easier for colleagues to find what they need.
Key improvements include:
- A new “Spending and Receiving” section
- Dedicated Finance Colleagues Hub and SharePoint links
- Removal of the long hover menu, replaced with user-friendly boxed links
The redesign follows a “three clicks to find what you need” approach and incorporates feedback from colleagues across the University. The pages will continue to evolve based on your input, so please share your thoughts.
