Interested in joining an active, innovative community to learn and collaborate with Copilot Chat alongside your colleagues?

We recently announced our collaboration with 365Tribe through the launch of two new Copilot Chat opportunities - a call out for Microsoft 365 and Copilot Chat Champions, willing to aid those who may require support, and an invitation to join our Copilot Chat Skills Community Programme for those interested in developing their GenAI skills.

Since then, there has been community chats, success stories shared and troubleshooting, all whilst building important GenAI skills through Copilot Chat.

We now have over 190 digital Copilot Champions in place, from a range of departments across the University from the Library to the Alliance Manchester Business School to our Faculty E-learning teams. These Champions are helping to assist and guide those in need of advice or support in using Microsoft 365 Tools including Copilot Chat - anyone can be a champion, no previous tech experience needed! Digital Champions are making themselves known by displaying the Digital Badges they earn in email footers and profiles, and by being visible within their teams and departments. We’ll soon be able to share a central hub where you can connect directly with Digital Champions for support.

425 colleagues have joined the Copilot Chat Skills Programme, benefitting from day-to-day tips and support through Microsoft Teams. Channels include “Prompt Party” a space for fun and playful interaction with Copilot Chat, helping users experiment with prompts, discover new features, and identify areas for improvement in their digital skills. Colleagues joining the programme also receive exclusive access to ‘Ask the Experts’, where they can get answers to their questions about Copilot Chat from 365Tribe specialists.; Our “Success Story Spotlights” channel, truly highlights how staff are using Copilot Chat to fuel productivity and efficiency.
