Information about issues with access to some University services
Update 2 (3.40pm, Thursday 9 October)
Microsoft have confirmed the global issue is resolved and validated that services have been restored. IT Services are continuing to monitor systems, and during this time you may need to attempt to sign in more than once. However if you continue to experience issues, please contact the IT Support Centre.
Update 1 (11.15, Thursday 9 October)
My Manchester for Students and My Staff Portal are currently experiencing intermittent availability.
Microsoft have announced that there are widespread issues with some of their services across the Europe and Africa regions, which is the likely cause of these intermittent access issues. IT Services will continue to monitor and analyse University services and we will post updates as soon as we have any more information.
