Now is a great time to be recruiting our very own 2025 graduates to your roles
Manchester Graduate Talent (MGT) is delivered by the Careers Service. We manage the recruitment across a wide range of positions in all areas of the university every year. The MGT scheme is still open and is happy to support the advertisement of graduate intern positions you may be looking to recruit in your team.
These roles are generally full-time for up to 12 months (though anything between 4 – 12 months is suitable) and offer MGT interns an opportunity to gain graduate level experience of working at our University. All roles are currently paid at Grade 2, spine point 10.
While you need approval for an MGT role through the usual job process on JobTrain, the roles are advertised only through our CareerConnect vacancy platform and are open for applications exclusively from University of Manchester graduates.
The MGT team provides recruitment support from promotion of the roles, to candidate communications, right through to downloading and sharing application packs after the closing date. We also act as a point of support for the MGT interns once they are in post.
