All SharePoint 2010-held information to be deleted

Check you have all the documents needed from SharePoint 2010 in any new repository and what to do if not - deadline 30 June 2025.
Colleagues with information still being housed on the unsupported SharePoint 2010 platform are advised that everything still on the platform is now marked for deletion.
University sites have been migrated off SharePoint 2010 and onto the newer SharePoint Online platform over the past three years, as the old version is out of date and at risk of failure.
The project has completed migration of all requested sites, with many site owners completing migrations themselves. The majority of migrations were completed over a year ago, with the more complex Student Document Centre, Register of Interests and TA Applications sites being completed this year.
The SharePoint 2010 platform will now be decommissioned, which means all information remaining there will be unrecoverable by mid-July 2025.

We have had a small number of requests since completing migrations to retrieve information from the old platform.
This is the last chance to check you have all the documents needed from SharePoint 2010 in any new repository. If not, please inform us of the document and the SharePoint 2010 site it was held in and the team will do its best to retrieve it.
