AGCAS accreditation reaffirms our commitment to delivering outstanding careers guidance and employability support to our students and graduates
The Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (AGCAS) Membership Quality Standard is the benchmark for careers services in higher education institutions, providing a framework of best practice and criteria for evaluating service quality. This recognition underscores our dedication to excellence and continuous improvement in supporting the career aspirations of our students.
During the assessment process, both our University and the Careers Service were praised for our excellent reputation and outstanding performance in league and reputational tables among both students and employers. AGCAS’ assessor highlighted positive changes within the service, including the successful launch of CareerConnect, our new career platform, our enhanced online provision and ability to scale up delivery post-pandemic.
This achievement is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and professionalism of each member of our Careers Service team. We encourage all staff members to explore the range of services and resources offered to support our students and graduates in achieving their career goals.
