VPN service availability update

The Virtual Private Network (VPN) service is now available to all colleagues, students and researchers.
Access to the VPN service was restored for most staff last year, and the service is now available to students. The VPN for students works in a different way than it did previously; any student who still has the old version of the GlobalProtect VPN set up will need to set it up again.
Information has been added to the IT Services website, including details about when and where to use the VPN, and lists of services which illustrate where the VPN is needed:
