Volunteers required to support Clearing telephone hotline

Colleagues in DSE Admissions need assistance to staff the clearing telephone hotline on Thursday, 18 August and Friday, 19 August

Could you help support Clearing?

The hotline runs from 8am to 5:30pm (Thursday) and 9am to 5pm (Friday).

Prior admissions knowledge is not essential; we’re looking for colleagues willing to talk to potential students and triage their call to the relevant academic School/Faculty.

All support is very welcome and hugely valued.

Training and support will be provided for all working on the hotline, and Admissions staff in Faculty teams will take calls from applicants who need a more detailed conversation.

The call centre hotline is planned to take place on campus in person, however we will be ready to deliver this operation virtually should this be required.
