Updated guidance for retention of staff records

The Directorate of Human Resources has reviewed their guidance on the retention of employee information
Whilst the majority of personal data relating to our employees is retained within Human Resources, some data is retained locally by line managers. This might include meeting notes, return to work information or leave records.
In order to ensure that personal information is retained securely and appropriately, this updated guidance provides information on what data should be retained and how long for.
