2025 survey results

Interpretting the results

Comparing to our last survey: A negative number (-) shows a decline since 2022 and a positive number (+) shows an increase - these are percentage increases.

The majority of questions in the survey gave five response options.  The scorecard reports show:

  • Blue – agree or strongly agree
  • Grey – neither/nor responses
  • Dark grey – disagree or strongly disagree

Apart from the question ‘How frequently do you feel stressed at work’:

  • Blue – rarely, never
  • Grey – sometimes
  • Dark grey – often, always

The questions asking about discrimination and bullying and harassment:

  • Blue – no
  • Dark grey - yes
