The study explores students’ reasons for choosing to train to become a PASS/PAL Leader whilst they study at universities within the UK, and the benefits and value they find in the role. Participants are chosen based on if they are currently taking on this role or have in the previous academic year. You will take part in an interview with the researcher. The interview will last approximately 45 minutes and will take place at a date and time convenient with you. The interview will be held online, via Microsoft Teams. During the interview you will be asked about your experiences as a PASS/PAL Leader.
