Make contact with the people around you; with friends, family, colleagues, neighbours and the community. Think of these as the cornerstones of your life and invest time in them.

Get to know new people or rekindle old friendships – building these connections will support and enrich you every day.


Try not to eat at your desk every day. There's plenty of places on campus to meet up with friends for a coffee and a chat.
