Physical and social wellbeing

Wellbeing encompasses many different elements, including good physical health and positive, meaningful social relationships and connections.

We are proud of our friendly and supportive community at our University. Our values embrace and celebrate difference, respect and support each other, and act with integrity to benefit society and the environment by transforming and enriching lives. 

Maintaining and establishing connections with colleagues is an important part of our University life. There's many ways you can meet people, for example by doing a fitness class, joining our book club, or learning more through our staff networks. Why not join our expanding group of Wellbeing Champions, who are spreading the message about events and our commitments to actively support staff.
