Eamonn Boylan: In Memoriam

It is with profound sadness that we learned of the passing of Eamonn Boylan OBE – a former member of the Alliance Manchester Business School.

Eamonn joined the Advisory Board in 2017 and was an active contributor alongside his roles for Greater Manchester until 2024. An alumni of the University of Manchester, he was an influential leader across periods of substantial change for the city region. 

Head of School, Ken McPhail said: “We extend our condolences to Eamonn’s family. We are grateful for his commitment to the school and its development.” 

A book of condolences has been opened at Central Library in Manchester city centre.
