Hi everyone, 

I'm Lydia, the new Head of Operations for The Productivity Institute. 

I'm re-joining the University of Manchester after 3.5 years at Manchester Met, working in their Strategic Projects Office as a Project and Change Manager. Re-joining University of Manchester feels like I'm coming home - I am definitely a purple and proud alumna and previous employee!

My career has mostly been spent in operational management roles. I was a Deputy School Operations Manager and latterly a Service Delivery Manager within the Faculty of Science and Engineering. I love the variety Operations roles bring and how no two days are the same. 

In my spare time, I love hanging out with my daughter, reading and running. 

I look forward to meeting many of you in due course.
