Upcoming Recruitment Advertising and Pay Roll deadlines

We would like to remind colleagues of the following payroll cut-off dates for December.  

Recruitment Advertising

Please be advised that requests for any advertising will need to be received by Friday, 12 December 2026 for posting prior to the University’s winter closure period. 

When planning your recruitment dates, please take the winter closure dates into account. Response rates may be lower as potential candidates are not actively looking and applying for jobs during this time. You may wish to delay your advertising to the New Year from Monday, 5 January 2026.

December Pay Dates

The mid-month pay date will be Monday, 15 December 2025. The end of month pay date will be the Wednesday, 18 December 2025 with payslips being available on My View from Tuesday, 16 December 2025. We are encouraging colleagues to please check your payslip on Tuesday, 16 December so that any issues can be handled prior to University closure on Tuesday, 23 December.

New Appointments & Employee Change Requests

We would like to remind colleagues that the deadline for new starter paperwork and employee change requests including overtime for payment in December was 1st December 2025. Any paperwork received after this date will not be processed until Monday, 5 January 2026.
