Deadlines for both the EDI Leadership Programmes and Manchester Gold Mentoring Scheme are coming up

This October, applications are closing for two development opportunities available to colleagues.  These are:

EDI Leadership Programmes

Our EDI leadership programmes will support colleagues with career insights, mentorship, peer support, and skills to reach that next career milestone. They are aimed at colleagues from groups which are statistically underrepresented at leadership level, at different stages of their leadership journey.

Applications for all programmes close at 12.00pm (noon) on Wednesday, 22 October, 2025, except for 100 Black Women Professors Now which closes on Sunday, 19 October.

Manchester Gold

Manchester Gold is our flagship mentoring scheme, led by the Talent Development Team. It connects mentors and mentees from across the University, empowering colleague growth and encouraging the sharing of invaluable experience.

Applications close on Friday, 3 October for the autumn intake.
