Recruitment agencies
The University works with a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) of recruitment agencies, selected to provide high-quality candidates at competitive, pre-agreed rates and in line with University procurement processes.
If you are considering engaging an agency, the best starting point is to either
- Complete the Agency Request Form
- Speak to the Talent Attraction Team for advice and support on the most appropriate route to market.
The talent attraction team can advise on:
- Whether an agency is the most effective option
- Which PSL agency is best aligned to your requirement
- Market insights, attraction strategy and alternative sourcing approaches
- Cost management and ensuring value for money
- Compliance with University recruitment and procurement processes
Managers who engage agencies through the PSL may also be asked to complete periodic feedback surveys to help us monitor agency performance and ensure service quality remains high.
