⚠️ MyView Deadlines
Oracle Fusion is arriving in November and will become our new system for managing People and Finance information. Several deadlines are approaching before MyView moves to View and Download only mode on 16th October.
- The ability to submit expense claims through MyView was removed for all users at 17:00 on 7 October.
- Expense claims that were not fully authorised before 13:00 on 14 October must be resubmitted in Oracle Fusion.
- The ability to submit and approve sickness absence requests through MyView was removed for all users at 13:00 on 14 October. Sickness absence requests that were not fully authorised before this deadline must be resubmitted in Oracle Fusion.

My Expenses
Expenses can be claimed for a number of items and events, as long as they are "wholly, necessarily, and exclusively" for work purposes. This is a rule imposed by HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
Most employees can submit their claims through MyView, but some may need to use the PR7 form - you can find out which one you should use in the Submitting a Claim section (link below).
