PGR supervisors are invited to join Peer Mentoring Circles: small, collaborative groups designed to strengthen supervisory practice.
All PGR supervisors are invited to join Peer Mentoring Circles: small, collaborative groups designed to strengthen supervisory practice through shared experience, reflective discussion, and collective problem‑solving.
Participants act as both mentors and mentees, gaining insight from colleagues across disciplines while building confidence in their supervisory approach. This supportive, facilitator‑led programme runs from early March to mid‑June and is open to supervisors at any career stage with formal responsibility for PGR students. Supervisors elsewhere describe these circles as invaluable spaces for learning, connection, and honest conversation.
