Problems with SEAtS – technical issues now resolved

There have been a few problems with SEAtS over the last few weeks which may have affected you. We’re pleased to tell you that these issues have now been resolved and after testing SEAtS has been working as expected.

There have been a few problems with SEAtS over the last few weeks which may have affected you.

There was an issue with the web version of SEAtS meaning you had trouble using the website and therefore displaying codes. Workflow delays also impacted support colleagues who had to carry out manual checks through the reporting functions. The SEAtS support team have been working hard to resolve these problems, liaising with SEAtS and with IT teams.

We’re pleased to tell you that these issues have now been resolved and after testing SEAtS has been working as expected. We appreciate your patience whilst this has been ongoing.
