Our priority is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our students and staff during the field trips offered by our School. It is crucial that we have sufficient numbers of first aid trained academic staff should assistance be required during any field trip, regardless of the duration or location.

Current First Aid certificate holders can check if it has expired by emailing firstaid@manchester.ac.uk.

How to book a First Aid course

1. Firstly, please discuss this with your line manager and/or activity organiser first.
2.  Please consider having reserves to allow for any illness or change in personal circumstance.
