Employee Change Requests Hub - Live

A new online Employee Change Requests Hub has launched across the University, replacing the Post Contract Management (PCM) form.

How the Hub works

You will use the new Hub to make any employee change requests that would previously have gone through the PCM form – including contract extensions, changes to funding, and changes to hours.

Approvers will receive Teams and email notifications about new requests, for them to action (shared inboxes will receive email notifications only).

Improvements in the new Hub

The new Hub was created in collaboration with colleagues across the University. Not only can you see the route of your request, the Hub also makes several further improvements from the PCM form:

  • Your request automatically sent to the right people for approval
  • Mandatory fields and drop-down options to help you submit complete and correct information
  • Some pre-populated role information (easier to request multiple changes for the same person)
  • Track progress of your request
  • See information on recently completed requests
  • Notifications of requests sent to relevant approvers for action
  • Clear data to help us improve the Hub in future

“Very easy to use and intuitive. I was able to create change requests with minimal need for the user guides” - Colleague in FSE
